We provide investment advice and related financial planning to individuals and families.

Our services include investment advice, asset allocation, and mutual fund distribution, tailored to each client's engagement.

We do not guarantee returns or promise specific investment outcomes.

All investments are subject to market risks and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Fee Structure and Charges

For advisory engagements, fees are charged as a percentage of assets under advisory, as agreed with the client, and are subject to applicable taxes.

Third-party charges such as brokerage, transaction costs, and fund management fees are separate.

For mutual fund distribution services, PI DELTA may receive commissions from Asset Management Companies, in accordance with applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations and guidelines, as amended from time to time. Such commissions typically comprise upfront and trail components.

Risk Disclosures

All investments in securities markets are subject to market risks.

The value of investments can go up or down based on market conditions.

Past performance of investments is not indicative of future performance.

Conflict of Interest Management

PI DELTA is registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (INA000020721) and with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 346875). Advisory and distribution activities are conducted in accordance with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and applicable AMFI guidelines, as amended from time to time, including the Separately Identifiable Department/Division (SIDD) framework applicable to non-individual investment advisers.

Client-arm allocation between advisory and distribution activities is maintained in line with the applicable SEBI segregation framework.

Advisory engagements are conducted on a fee basis as agreed with the client. For mutual fund distribution services, PI DELTA may receive commissions from Asset Management Companies in accordance with applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations and guidelines, as amended from time to time.

Fiduciary obligations under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 apply to advisory engagements. Distribution activities are governed by applicable mutual fund distributor norms under SEBI and AMFI guidelines, as amended from time to time, including suitability requirements.

Identified conflicts of interest are disclosed to clients in accordance with applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations and guidelines, as amended from time to time.

Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete financial information.

Clients are encouraged to participate in regular review meetings to assess portfolio performance.

Clients should inform us of any changes in financial circumstances or investment objectives.

Final investment decisions rest with the client after considering our advice.
